Ceramic Care Instructions:

Are the pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to preserve the vibrancy of the glazes, we recommend hand washing and minimising microwave use.

 

Ceramic & Homeware Returns:

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email aramasstudio@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will remake and replace the item.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

 

Shipping:

At the moment, Aramas Studio offers Australia-wide domestic shipping for $10 AUD, 7-10 business days.

Is international shipping available?
Yes, international shipping is available. Postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
Please note: Import taxes are not pre-paid and may apply depending on your country. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
